Yangon:
First hotel stop in Yangon - the AKT. Smallish but all the essentials...except, as with most Asian hotels, the shower being integrated into the bathroom...which means working to keep your bath stuff dry. Breakfasts included, from eggs to white bread with 'jam' ('red' as Anne & I call it) to assorted fruits to noodle soups. Sweet juice and Nescafe of course. Not too far out of the main part of downtown, and not that long a journey in from the airport.
